^{The cub pulled himself upright, seeing his sister attempt the climb down, and though he remained silent his eyes followed her closely. It didn't exactly occur to him why, but he felt somewhat.. responsible for the pair. Perhaps it was from being eldest of the sad little group, but then again, Duester had a tinge of guilt over ridiculous little things he hadn't even witnessed, let alone done.

Abraxi and Corpus... He hadn't seen them since Domani had led him, Ned, and Fidy off to this strange place. He missed them vaguely, wondering what had become of them in the short time. But another part of his mind, somewhere deep and dormant that housed the confusion he regularly puzzled over, repented nothing. It seemed to be pleased with the separation, as if the two were nothing more than competition.

Truly, it was something all males eventually experienced. Well, most. The ones that weren't mentally screwed over or completely off their nut. Rivalry. Something that they could not fathom; friends they'd known since before they gained sight now became obstacles for some abstract goal.

Then Perfidy seemed to lose her footing, and slipped into the water. With a terse nod toward Nedatro, as if to excuse himself from the conversation, he padded almost leisurely to the water's edge to see that she was able to get herself out all right. Not that anything could be done if she had injured herself or lost consciousness; Duester was /not/ a strong swimmer. Besides he couldn't see himself pulling some heroic rescue chock-full of grandeur. Crania lowered somewhat to better scrutinize her as she backed away to shake her pelt free of water.

"You all right?"

He watched his younger sibling with mixed emotions-- as always. The moss was so slippery, so little friction, the falls so threatening.

And then a splash.

Immediately, Nedatro followed his older sibling, a rare thing happening in his mind-- no arguement. Only fear for Fidy. Looked like a horrid, nasty fall...

_{Perfidy was rather embarrassed, but relatively unhurt. She would have a bruise or two on her side, but no big gashes or unconsciousness. And now, she felt rather.. bad. She had tried to sort sneak aroud this place, instead of disturbing her brothers' rather quiet conversation. But no, she had to get stuck up on a high rock and fall down and stop them talking. She felt so guilty. Looking to Duester, who had asked her if she was alright, she nodded rather forlornly.

'I'm okay.'

Then she looked to Nedatro, who hadn't said anything but she knew was concerned about her. that made a rather cold feeling in her stomach erupt, for hell knows what reason. She was so paranoid; and she never felt like she belonged with her brothers. She whimpered slightly, though it was pretty much inaudible to the two lupine pups that sat before her. Her gaze, which refused to look at her brother, wandered down to her paws. And then, she spoke again, quite suddenly. Her tone was sullen and quite reserved.

'I'm sorry...'

And then she ran away, more than likely leaving her brothers wondering about what the hell she was upset about.

^{Mm. This was unusual. Well, on normal standards, not Pefidy's. Anyway. The pup's aud gave an idle flick as he glanced up at Nedatro, scrawny shoulders rising in a shrug. He rose, giving his pelt a meager shake before padding off as well, as if to follow her at his own leisurely pace.

Well.. Better go see what's wrong... See you 'round.
